Vietnam War 50th Anniversary Commemoration
Veterans who served from Jun 1, 1954 to May 15, 1975 are eligible to receive the 50th Anniversary Commemorative Pin from the Department of Defense. Eligible veterans can complete the form to receive their pin. For a copy of the form Click Here.
